Weasel Town Returns to CLR April 6
Thurmond, NC (March 5, 2013) – Weasel Town debuts its first ever sponsored race at County Line Raceway April 6th, 2013.
The Weasel Town 100 will feature a concession tent, DJ music, food and of course WEASEL TOWN BBQ SAUCE. Sherry, Weasel and Fat Steve will also be judging the Car Show. Weasel Town was featured in a pilot for Discovery back in November using County Line Raceway as the backdrop for their pilot. With the support of County Line Raceways staff Weasel Town has been in negotiation with several networks and are very close to landing a reality TV show this fall.
“We wanted to thank everyone for supporting our pilot back in November and we could not think of a better way than supporting County Line Raceway at one of their major events this season,� said Weasel, CEO of Weasel Town. Weasel Town’s goal is to support local NC race communities and to grow the Weasel Town brand throughout the Carolinas. April 6 will be one of the first big events of 2013. “Our plan is to go straight to the fans and offer great food and refreshing drinks.� said Sherry, the boss of Weasel Town. Weasel Town will be open at the start of the car show and will be open until the end of race day on April 6.. “I can’t wait to be back at County Line. We loved the way the pilot turned out and could not have done this without the support of Steve Summerlin, Brenda Holcombe, Jimmy Holcombe and all of the friends and family of County Line Raceway.,� said Fat Steve, president of Weasel Town.
